These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClearCheck, a Chrome extension and associated web service ("Service") provided by Supabot AI ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using ClearCheck, you agree to these Terms.
ClearCheck provides access to publicly available company information sourced from Companies House, the official UK register of companies. The Service presents this information in a convenient format for general reference purposes.
You must create an account to use ClearCheck. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
ClearCheck is available on a free tier (5 checks per month) and a paid Pro tier (unlimited checks). Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the account settings within the extension. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
We offer refunds at our discretion within 14 days of payment if you have not made significant use of the Pro features. To request a refund, contact us at connect@supabotai.com.

ClearCheck sources data from Companies House, a public government register. Whilst we take care to present this data accurately, we cannot guarantee that it is complete, current, or error-free. Companies House data may be delayed or incomplete.
The information provided by ClearCheck is for general reference only. It does not constitute legal, financial, investment, or professional advice of any kind. You should not rely solely on ClearCheck when making business decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved from its use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supabot AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
All content, design, and software comprising the Service is owned by or licensed to Supabot AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
